Section 284.301 - Length of recruitment1. The Division of Human Resource Management will, after appropriate consideration of a requesting agency's views, determine the length of the recruitment based upon, but not limited to, the number of vacancies and the size and geographic distribution of the anticipated pool of applicants.2. The Division of Human Resource Management may postpone, cancel or extend any recruitment by giving appropriate notice thereof.Nev. Admin. Code § 284.301
