Section 284.2975 - Designation of class for which applicants for promotion are not normally available

For the purposes of NAC 284.295, 284.360 and 284.367, a class may be designated in the classification plan as a class for which applicants for promotion are not normally available if the class has historically had less than five applicants for promotion available from within the state service.
