Section 284.370 - Integration of subsequent lists1. The names of eligible persons on current lists may be integrated onto subsequent lists for the same class if there has been no material change in the qualification requirements. If the list is a ranked list, the names of eligible persons will be integrated according to the final scores of those eligible persons.2. As used in this section, "material change" includes, without limitation, a change in the minimum qualifications for the class or the subject matter, scope or weights of various phases of the examination.Nev.
