Section 284.577 - Catastrophic leave: Repayment for hours used; receipt of workers' compensation benefits1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, an employee who has used hours from an account for catastrophic leave may voluntarily repay the account for those hours.2. An employee who is entitled to catastrophic leave and workers' compensation benefits may not receive more than 100 percent of his or her pay for the period of the leave. An employee must repay the account for catastrophic leave when the combined benefit of catastrophic leave and workers' compensation exceeds his or her normal rate of pay.3. The amount required to repay the hours from an account for catastrophic leave must be based on the employee's normal rate of pay at the time he or she used the hours.Nev. Admin. Code § 284.577
