Section 281A.175 - Appointment of temporary Acting Chair or Vice Chair in certain circumstances

If both the Chair and Vice Chair are disqualified or recused from participating in a matter, the Commission may appoint a temporary Acting Chair or Vice Chair, or both, for the matter.
