Section 116A.615 - Reporting of disciplinary action or denial of certificate or temporary certificateThe Division, Commission or a hearing panel may report any disciplinary action it takes against a holder of a certificate or temporary certificate or any denial of an application for a certificate or temporary certificate to:
1. An association managed by the holder of a certificate or temporary certificate;2. Any national repository which records disciplinary actions taken against community managers;3. Any agency of another jurisdiction that regulates the practice of management of a common-interest community; and4. Any other agency or board of the State of Nevada.Nev. Admin. Code § 116A.615
