Section 116A.610 - Voluntary surrender of certificate or temporary certificate in lieu of disciplinary action

The Commission or a hearing panel may accept the voluntary surrender of a certificate or temporary certificate in lieu of imposing any other disciplinary action set forth in this chapter, chapter 116 of NAC or chapter 116 or 116A of NRS.
