Section 400-2-003 - AGENCY DECLARATORY ORDERS

This section establishes the rules and regulations for a person to seek a declaratory order regarding a matter under the jurisdiction of the Department

003.01 The Department adopts and incorporates by reference the Model Rules promulgated by the Attorney General for procedures governing declaratory orders found at 53 NAC 3.
