The rosters and reports referred to in Section 004 will be kept on file at the Commission office. The Executive Director will make the initial determination with respect to any noncompliance, which determination shall be reviewed by the Commission before notice of noncompliance is sent to any county attorney or team. The Commission shall cause a Notice of Noncompliance to be sent to each county attorney or team by certified mail directed to the last known address as indicated on records maintained in the Commission office. Such notice will advise the county attorney or team of the existence and nature of such noncompliance and a copy of the notice shall be sent to the Child Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General.
