The County Attorney shall submit a roster with the name and address of each team member to the Commission by August 1, 1993 and each year thereafter. If more than one county is part of a team, the participating county attorneys shall jointly submit a roster with the name and address of each team member to the Commission by August 1, 1993 and by August 1 of each year thereafter. In addition, each team shall submit a report to the Commission by August 1 of each year reporting the number of times the team met within a calendar year and any changes in team membership.
