Section 477-19-003 - PARENTS AND CARETAKER RELATIVES

003.01PARENTS AND CARETAKER RELATIVES. In order to be eligible as a Parent or Caretaker Relative, an individual must:

(A) Have a dependent child, see 477 NAC 1, and

(B) Have household income equal to or less than 58% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
