Section 477-19-002 - PREGNANT WOMEN002.01PREGNANT WOMEN. In order to be eligible as a pregnant woman, an individual must be pregnant and have income equal to or less than 194% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). 002.01(A)POST-PARTUM ELIGIBILITY. In order for a pregnant woman to be eligible for the post-partum period, she must have been eligible for and enrolled in Medicaid on the date her pregnancy ends. If a pregnant woman is found to be retroactively eligible for the date her pregnancy ends, she is eligible for the post-partum period.002.02PREGNANCY VERIFICATION.
