Section 471-16-003 - COVERED SERVICES

Nebraska Medicaid covers outpatient drugs in accordance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 including:

(A) Legend drugs;

(B) Compounded prescriptions: and

(C) Over-the-counter drugs indicated as covered on the Nebraska Point of Purchase System or listed on the Nebraska Medicaid Pharmacy Program website.
