Section 403-2-006 - WAIVER SLOTS

006.01PRIORITY. Priority funding for the Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services waivers.

006.01(A)COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (CDD) AND THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES ADULT DAY (DDAD) WAIVERS. Applicants shall be prioritized as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 83-1216.

006.01(B)FAMILY SUPPORT WAIVER (FSW). Applicants shall be prioritized as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 68-1532.
