Section 403-2-004 - DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY REDETERMINATION

A redetermination of an individual's eligibility will occur when:

(A) Good cause exists;
(B) The individual reaches the age of 9 years; or
(C) The individual reaches the age of 18 years.
