002.01BOARD OF HEALTH. The Nebraska State Board of Health.002.02CHAIRPERSON OF THE HEARING PANEL. A member of the Board of Health designated by the chairperson of the Board to serve as chairperson of the hearing panel. This person may be the chairperson of the Board of Health.002.03COMPLAINT. A negative report against a member as it relates to the member's status, ability, or capacity to serve as an appointed board member.002.04HEARING PANEL. The members of the Board of Health who hear and make final decisions regarding members' removal. Members of the hearing panel may not be on the review panel.002.05REVIEW PANEL.
