This chapter implements the Uniform Credentialing Act, Nebraska Revised Statutes (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-101 to 38-1,146 and the practice acts cited in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 38-101. The chapter applies to the removal of any member of an appointed board by the Board of Health except when erroneous appointments are vacated to comply with statutory requirements.
