030.01DESCRIPTION OF THE SITUATION. An application to use protection factors in excess of those specified in Appendix 4-A must describe the situation for which a need exists for higher protection factors.030.02CONDITIONS OF USE. An application to use protection factors in excess of those specified in Appendix 4-A must demonstrate that the respiratory protection equipment provides these higher protection factors under the proposed conditions of use.180 Neb.
