Section 180-3-020 - RENEWAL OF LICENSES This section addresses the renewal of licenses.
020.01APPLICATION. Applications for renewal of specific licenses must be filed according to 180 NAC 3-010.020.02EXPIRATION. In any case in which a licensee, not less than 30 days prior to expiration of the existing license, has filed an application in proper form for renewal or for a new license authorizing the same activities, such existing license will not expire until the application has been finally determined by the Department.180 Neb.
