An Area Agency on Aging operating a meal site must utilize the food safety training program as specified by the Nebraska State Unit on Aging, the Nebraska Food Code, the Food and Drug Administration's Food Code, local food codes, and all applicable law.008.02FOODBORNE ILLNESS.
