Payroll and expense warrants will be released to employees named on the warrant or to the person designated by the employee in writing. In case of employee illness or injury, warrants may be released to immediate relatives who do not have a note of authorization but have proof of identification. Immediate relatives are: spouse; children including step, adopted, and foster children; parents; and, parents of the spouse.
