All written papers connected with any examination for a license shall be filed with the Board and preserved for two years as a part of its records, during which time a copy of such papers of any applicant who has failed the written portion shall be open for review by the applicant or an appropriate representative, providing not less than the Director or one member of the Board is present at the review of examination papers. No materials made available for review may be copied in any manner by the applicant or his or her representative.
