Section 51-9-012 - CERTIFICATION OF GRADES AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

In cases of dispute in grading, the majority of the members of the Board shall decide. After each examination, the Board shall certify the grades of the applicants to the Board Secretary. The Board Secretary shall make the required entry in the registry record.
