If a federal covered adviser is no longer conducting business in the state, the federal covered adviser shall notify the Director, through CRD/IARD, by filing Notice of Withdrawal from Registration as Investment Adviser, ("Form ADV-W"). A notice of withdrawal is deemed effective when filed with, and accepted by, CRD/IARD on behalf of Nebraska.
