Rule 4.12.738 - RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR INSPECTIONS(1) Authorized personnel from the department of agriculture shall have a right to inspect anhydrous ammonia facilities at all reasonable times for the purpose of determining compliance with the provisions of these rules.
