Rule 37.106.1622 - CLIENT DISCHARGE AND TRANSFER(1) A forensic mental health facility (FMHF) must develop and implement a discharge and transfer policy for discharging a client from the FMHF to another facility.(2) The policy must include procedures for secure transportation of clients.(3) The facility must ensure coordinated transfers with other licensed health care facilities or correctional facilities.Mont.
