Rule 37.106.1621 - CLIENT ADMISSION(1) A forensic mental health facility (FMHF) must develop and implement a written policy regarding admission into the facility for the persons identified in ARM 37.106.1602. The policy must include a screening process to identify and exclude from admission persons who need a hospital level of care.
