Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow guidelines regarding the use of the different types of contracts as set forth in the most current version of the Mississippi Procurement Manual, Section 3.501 through Section 3.701 as amended; the most current version of Title 31, Chapter 7, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended; and as approved by the Mississippi Department of Transportation Commission.
