The Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow guidelines regarding the use of the different types of contracts in accordance with the most current version of the Mississippi Procurement Manual, Section 3.501 through Section 3.701 as amended, and as mandated by the most current version of section 31-7-1 et. seq. of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended and as approved by the Mississippi Department of Transportation Commission.
