Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow guidelines regarding prequalification of suppliers as set forth in the most current version of the Mississippi Procurement Manual Section 3.402 as amended and Title 31, Chapter 7, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
