The Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow guidelines regarding prequalification of suppliers in accordance with the most current version of the Mississippi Procurement Manual, Section 3.402 as amended, and as mandated by the most current version of section 31-7-1 et. seq. of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended.
