The Right of Way Division shall establish an inventory of all improvements acquired as a part of the right of way, manage a rodent control program, and clear the right of way in accordance with 23 CFR Part 713, 40 CFR Part 61.145 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), Mississippi Statute 65-1-123, MCA, 1972, and any other applicable state and federal laws and regulations as amended.
