The County will make application to the Commission on Form MND-562 to accept said road when constructed to the agreed criteria, said application to be accompanied by survey and plans, of said road improved or to be improved, and said application is to contain a provision stipulating whether the County or the Commission is to prepare the necessary detailed plans and specifications for the improvement of the road in accordance with the applicable design and construction criteria.
