The County will consult with the Assistant Chief Engineer-Preconstruction through the District Engineer of the Mississippi Department of Transportation, hereinafter "MDOT", in whose district the road is located, to establish agreed criteria for plans and specifications for the highway in keeping with anticipated traffic.
