The branch responsible for completion of these duties within the Materials Division is the Field Operations Branch. In order to accomplish these tasks, the Materials Division has developed and maintains for publication the Mississippi Department of Transportation Materials Division Inspection, Testing, and Certification Manual. This manual contains uniform standards and procedures that have been established for the inspection, sampling, and testing of materials by the Mississippi Department of Transportation. The Producer shall notify the Field Operations Engineer of the Materials Division as far in advance as possible when products will be ready for inspection.
