Section 37-1-7201-02100-102

The Mississippi Department of Transportation, Materials Division must inspect the manufacture, obtain and test samples, and report results of tests of materials produced at the following types of facilities:

1. Concrete Pipe Plants;

2. Metal Pipe Plants;

3. Wood Treating Plants;

4. Bituminous Binder Refineries;

5. Hot Mix Asphalt and Ready Mix Concrete Plants;

6. Product Manufacturer Terminals;

7. Out-of-State Aggregate Plants;

8. Pre-cast and Pre-stressed Concrete Plants;

9. Traffic Striping Materials

10. Various other manufacturing plants.
