Permits are generally intended for one-piece items. However, it is recognized that there are manufactured products which, when placed side by side, do not appreciably surpass the statutory width; e.g., concrete pipe, rolled hay, shipping pallets. Accordingly, permits may be issued for movement of such products up to a maximum width of ten and one-half (101/2) feet.
