Any misstatement, misrepresentation, or failure of an applicant to comply with the terms of the permit, or the Department's rules and regulations, may result in revocation of all permits privileges for a period of time determined by the Director of the Office of Enforcement. The mover/permit holder may appeal suspension/revocation to the Executive Director
