Upon approval of the projects by the Committee, the projects will be presented to the Mississippi Transportation Commission for their approval of funds for the projects. After Commission approval, the Aeronautics Division will issue a Multi-Modal Airport Grant for acceptance by the respective airport owners obligating funds for the project and establishing the terms and conditions for accomplishing the project.
