Applications will be reviewed and approved by a seven member committee comprised of five (5) airport directors, or their designees, appointed by the President of the Mississippi Airports Association, at least three (3) who shall represent airports with commercial service, the Executive Director of MDA, or his designee, and the Executive Director of MDOT, or his designee.
