Section 3-1-02-201 - Persons Who May Receive Compensation1. Eligible claimants as defined above in § 200;2. Person legally dependent upon financial support from the victim at the time of the victim's death;3. A Mississippi resident who suffers physical injury or death while in any other state or foreign country, provided that state or foreign country does not have a crime victim compensation program and all other eligibility criteria are met. Except in cases of foreign or mass terrorism, other crime victim compensation programs will not be considered as a collateral source; and4.
