Rule 28-307-1.5 - Article V - Duties of the PresidentThe powers and duties of the President shall be limited to the following:
A. To preside at all meetings of the Authority with the right to vote on all questions.B. To take all reasonable steps to see the functions and purposes of the Authority as set forth in the laws and constitution of the State of Mississippi are carried out.C. To call special meetings of the Authority at his discretion.D.
