All vessels berthing at Port Authority docks and all cargo crossing Port Authority property will be assessed a Port Security Fee. The Security Fee is in addition to all other Port Tariff charges.

Breakbulk Cargo | $0.18 per short ton |
Dry Bulk Cargo | $0.06 per short ton |
Liquid Bulk Cargo | $0.06 per short ton |
Container (Loaded) | $3.25 per box |
Vehicles (All types) | $1.30 per unit |
Passengers | $1.30 per person |
