Section 28-1-04-346 - USAGE CHARGES

All cargo handled in accordance with Section 206 of this Tariff shall be assessed a usage charge of $0.24 per 2,000 lbs. of cargo for the use of Port facilities by stevedores licensed by the Mississippi State Port Authority.
