"Deferred Compensation" means the amount of Compensation not yet earned, as designated in the Participation Agreement which is made a part hereof, which the Participant and the Employer mutually agree shall be deferred in accordance with the provisions of this Plan, subject to the limitations as described in this plan document. For purposes of the Plan, Deferred Compensation shall include any Employer Contributions made hereunder.
