Section 27-110-5.1.4 - Mandated Changes to Role Summaries and Minimum Qualifications

It is the responsibility of the user agency to notify MSPB of changes to role summaries or minimum qualifications necessitated by state or federal laws, regulations, guidelines, or other lawful requirements for those respective classes utilized by the agency.
