Section 2-1-3-09-01-109 - [Effective until 1/27/2025]

Any person violating the provisions of the act or these regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine or imprisonment as provided for in the Mississippi Pesticide Law and/or the Mississippi Pesticide Application Law.
