Section 2-1-3-09-01-109 - [Effective 1/27/2025]

For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this article the Commissioner or his employees may enter upon any public or private premises at reasonable times in order to have access for the purpose of inspection, sampling, and observation subject to this article.
