Section 2-1-3-05-100.04

A Hearing Committee shall meet on the assigned date and at the place specified in previous public announcement to hear discussion in support of previously submitted comments. The Committee shall consist of 1. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce, Chairman, 2. The State Chemist, 3. The Director of the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station, and 4. The Director of the Mississippi Cooperative Extension Service or their designee(2).
