Interested parties will submit comments or objections in writing (5 copies) postmarked not later than ten (10) days prior to the hearing date. If no written objections to the proposed regulations are received, it will be assumed by the Hearing Committee that such regulations will be acceptable to all concerned, and the Committee shall declare such regulations in force as of thirty (30) days following the hearing date.
